Track record
A decade-plus, taking tech to the front line
From beneath great rivers to hospital wards to cross-border engineering drawings — much is under confidentiality and can't be shown in full. Here we share its reality, depth and scale as far as we can.

Ecology & Environment
The thickest chapter of our decade — AI and engineering guarding life in the great rivers.
- Fish-passage & fish-lift monitoring: long-term watch over migration routes, auto-logging species and counts.
- Underwater species recognition: optical (YOLO etc.), stereo vision and sonar fused to identify fish and aquatic life in murky, low-light water.
- Control software for fish-lift power equipment: stable, controllable operation of passage facilities.
- 3D basin situational dashboard: scattered monitoring points, hydrology / water-quality and device status on one screen.
- Habitat protection and fish-stock surveys; dynamic management platform for eco-environmental measures.
- Contributor to industry technical standards.

Health & Medicine
Putting AI's objective judgment beside the clinician — a smart facial-palsy grading system that's faster, more objective and remote-capable.
- Facial-palsy grading system: patients upload a set of standard expressions (relax / raise brows / close eyes / smile / puff cheeks); AI returns a quantified grade in minutes.
- Dual-model engine: a segmentation model (optimized DenseNet) locates facial keypoints; an evaluation model (BP neural network) computes horizontal / vertical asymmetry into a quantified ratio.
- Aligned with the clinical House-Brackmann scale (grades I–VI), turning subjective experience into an objective, reproducible standard.
- Human-in-the-loop: clinicians review and calibrate on a dashboard; their corrections feed back to keep improving the model.
- Co-developed with a top-tier Asian neurosurgery research institute; the core method holds a national invention patent.
- Applicable to clinical decision support, remote-consultation platforms, at-home rehab follow-up, and drug / therapy research.

Green Building & Engineering IT
From eco-architecture at our founding to engineering and IT across China, the US and Singapore.
- Intelligent drawing-review system: custom-built for a professional plan-review body, iterated over multiple phases.
- Prefabricated low-rise lightweight wall panels: reusable, with replaceable finishes.
- Construction-waste recycling solutions.
- International: a materials-mechanics database with automatic optimization for a North-American state civil lab.
- Neural-network acceleration replacing costly simulation for a national highway research program.
- QC and reuse of an agency's reanalysis climate data; public-space (smoking-room) design in Singapore.
